WELL AIR Products
WELL AIR is an element-free compressed air purification device designed to remove condensate, oil droplets, and solid contaminants from compressed air. For overseas applications, the lineup is organized around the DT, RE, and HI series according to flow rate, drain condition, and operating pressure.
DT Series
For drain containing debris and oil.

The DT Series is designed for demanding drain conditions, including water, debris, and oil contamination. It is suitable for manufacturing sites, steel-related processes, and other applications where contaminated drain is expected.
- Suitable for drain containing debris and oil
- Uses a CKD one-touch auto drain with a relatively large drain outlet
- Designed for harsher drain conditions and practical field use

* The DT Series uses resin material in the auto drain section. For customers requiring metal drain components, DTM models are also available. Manual-drain DM models are available as well for customers who prefer manual drain discharge.
RE Series
For heavily contaminated drain conditions.

The RE Series is intended for severely contaminated drain and more demanding discharge conditions. It is equipped with a high-performance auto drain to improve stable operation in harsh environments.
- Suitable for heavily contaminated drain conditions
- Uses an auto drain manufactured by RIFOX in Germany
- Configured for reliable operation even where drain contamination is severe

Installation Notes for WELL AIR
- Install WELL AIR vertically at all times.
- We recommend installing it as close as possible to the point-of-use pneumatic equipment.
- Install it with as much piping distance as possible from the compressor, as a guideline around 20 m where feasible.
- Do not reverse the IN and OUT connections.
- Install filter, regulator, and lubricator units downstream of WELL AIR.
- For further details, please read the instruction manual carefully and install the unit correctly before use.
